Located on Market Street in San Diego’s downtown district, The Quartyard is one ideal place for a fun evening out. With their quainte scenery and design, many are automatically hooked by the pure esthetic of the place. With a bar area accompanied by a wide selection of craft beers for customers twenty-one and up, this hangout spot is a great way to spend a Saturday night out with friends. Not only does the bar attract [older] customers, the assortment of food trucks, and the Quartyard’s own kitchen specialties, are one more reason to stay for a fun night.
Along with food and drinks, The Quartyard has more attractions. One attraction to keep guests coming is the mini dog park that is set up on the vicinity. Not only is a play spot provided, but the staff keeps small bowls of dog treats on each table for customers accompanied by man’s best friend. The scene is set for people and dogs to coexist in harmony for an exciting night out.
Other attractions include two sets of bean-bag toss games for any and all guests to use, as well as a small stage for local ,and more known, live performers. Public events hosted at The Quartyard can be free or “ticket needed”, depending on the owner’s and performer’s discretion. The venue itself may also be rented out for private events.
Regardless if your night is for dinner and a show, or for a chance to take your dog out and enjoy the downtown life, The Quartyard is fun for everyone in San Diego. Open Sunday through Thursday, from 7 A.M. to 10 P.M., and from 7 A.M. to 12 A.M. on Friday and Saturday nights, The Quartyard is bound to be an exciting destination for all.
