Hi, my name is James. I’m from a small town called Fort Jones in the mountains of Northern California. This is my first year writing for the Mesa Press. I grew up hunting, fishing, hiking, and playing sports. I like to listen to music, hike, watch sports, and practice playing my fiddle in my free time. My future aspirations are to write for ESPN or have a radio show, but until then I’m going to enjoy my time here at Mesa.
