Hello my name is Johnaysha Davis-Escalera, this is my first semester working for The Mesa Press. I was born and raised in Kansas. I relocated to San Diego in July 2016. I will be graduating from San Diego Mesa College this spring with an AA-T in Journalism. Following graduation I plan to earn my BA in Journalism. I enjoy trying new things, especially food.
